PAYMENT
At urinoirmatshop.nl you can pay for your order easily, quickly and above all safely. At checkout you choose one of the payment methods below. You can choose from the following payment options:
- Pay with iDEAL
- Pay with Paypal
- Pay by bank transfer

PAY WITH IDEAL
With iDEAL you will be redirected to the payment environment of your own bank during the payment process. With this method, your payment is immediately debited, so that your order can be sent immediately. In general, your order will be delivered the next day, but in some cases it may take 2 to 3 days. We strive for a delivery as soon as possible, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee the delivery time set by PostNL. It is possible to pay via iDEAL when you use internet banking at Rabobank, ABN Amro, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers or Triodos Bank.

If you choose this payment method, you go through the following steps:
1. Choose the payment method iDEAL during the checkout process.
2. Select your own bank.
3. When you have entered all your details correctly, click on the order button at the bottom right of the page.
4. You will be redirected to the payment environment of your bank.
5. Complete your payment. As soon as we have received the payment, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be processed.

When returning products, the relevant amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. When you log in to your account, you can easily view and check this action.

PAY BY BANK TRANSFER
If you have selected payment via bank transfer as the payment method, you will receive the invoice by email within 12 hours after placing the order. This invoice must first be paid before the order is shipped.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DELIVERY TIMES
The Deliverytime Within the Netherlands: if ordered before 14:00, we try to realize a delivery time of 24 hours
Belgium: 3-5 working days
Germany: 3-5 business days

LOGISTICAL PARTNER
Our shipments are handled by PostNL. Return shipments can be delivered to a PostNL location near you.

THE SHIPMENT
The shipping process of urinalmatshop.nl is as follows:
A. The order is gathered and prepared for shipment
B. The order will be taken to a PostNL sorting center together with all other orders from urinalmatshop.nl
C. The order is sorted together with other orders based on postal codes
D. PostNL will deliver your order to the address you specified

Delivery to alternative address During the checkout of your order you have the option to change your shipping and/or billing address. You can always change your addresses in your own account. track your order The moment your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. If the order is sent in a package, we will send you the Track & Trace code by e-mail. Delivery to not at home If you are not at home for a parcel delivery, the deliverer will leave a note. With this note you can make a new delivery appointment on the PostNL site.

The following options are possible:
You can have your order delivered to your neighbours
You can pick up your order at a PostNL point
You can have your order delivered to your home again

INCORRECT DELIVERY
Wrong delivery
We always try to match your order as well as possible. However, it can sometimes happen that we send you the wrong item. It is best to return this item immediately.

Incomplete delivery
If you have not received one or more items, it is best to contact us. This can be done by e-mail to info@urinoirmatshop.nl or by telephone. We will ensure that your order is delivered correctly. Please have your order number at hand.
